Graduate Building Surveyor – Healthcare & Education Surveys
Are you a recent Building Surveying graduate looking to kick‑start your career on meaningful, large‑scale projects? We’re working with a growing organisation that has an immediate opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high‑level asset surveys across healthcare and education sites
- National wide travel
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis
- Contribute to project delivery and client interactions
- A degree in Building Surveying
- Strong interest in gaining experience in the sector
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Salary: £25,500 - £27,000
- Excellent APC support to help you achieve chartership
- 5% pension contribution
