Location:
Leeds (regional role covering Yorkshire with optional opportunity for international travel).
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable depending on level of experience) + extensive benefits; car allowance + bonus + health and wellbeing initiatives

The OpportunityWe're keen to hear from Building Surveyors working towards their APC seeking to gain mentorship and the backing of working for a global consultancy offering potential opportunity for international travel! (Some of the team opted to travel out to Europe last year to undertake some survey work).
A snapshot of some of the responsibilities –
- Asset capture & lifecycle surveys — Record and condition‑grade all building fabric assets, including prioritised remedial recommendations.
- Latent defect surveys — Assess buildings approaching the end of construction contracts.
- Accessible ceiling inspections — Record and grade building fabric assets located above ceiling voids.
- Project delivery — Support successful project outcomes through high‑quality technical surveying services delivered on time and to required standards.
- Contract administration — Support contract administration activities, including documentation, compliance checks, coordination with contractors and monitoring contractual obligations.
- Client & stakeholder liaison — Communicate effectively with clients,
- Career progression – This is a growing service line in the Leeds office with a clear pathway into directorship.
- Employee learning and development funding including mentoring support through the APC. (1‑2‑1 coaching with a MRICS Director).
