Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading international construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Leeds office. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a range of hotel and residential developments.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a growing cost management team, where they will help mentor junior Quantity Surveyors while delivering a high standard of client service.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion while working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Hold a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
MRICS or working towards
Working towards chartership
Pre/Post contract knowledge
Strong client communication
Hotel or residential project experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
