Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant

We are recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant to support contracts across the M62 corridor in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The role involves conducting full-range asbestos surveys, delivering technical feedback and advice to clients, and providing training and supervision to new surveyors.

• Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
• Collect ACM samples and undertake ad‑hoc re‑inspection surveys.
• Meet clients on site to discuss findings and provide technical advice.
• Work on commercial, industrial and domestic premises.
• Lead asbestos awareness training courses.
• Produce detailed survey reports and schematic drawings.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Train and supervise new surveyors.

• Strong record as an Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant.
• Must hold BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent (or equivalents such as p401, p403, p404, or s301 CCP).
• Excellent technical knowledge of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines.
• Ability to work independently on site.
• Flexible and willing to travel as required.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
