Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a £24 million residential development in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects valued at £10 million or more.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with demonstrable experience delivering construction projects valued at £10m+.

* Previous residential project experience is essential.

* Strong experience working alongside architects, consultants and design teams.

* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card) and First Aid at Work are essential.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of a £24m residential development.

* Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

* Liaise closely with architects, consultants and the wider design team to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress.

* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.

* Monitor Health & Safety compliance and maintain high site standards.

* Chair site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.

* Oversee quality inspections, snagging and handover processes.

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

Rate of Pay:

£300 - £320 per shift
