Our client is a leading main contractor with a strong pipeline of high-profile residential developments across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced External Package Manager to join the team on a landmark high-rise project in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to oversee the delivery of the building envelope and external works on a large-scale city centre development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all external packages including façade, cladding, roofing, glazing and associated envelope works.

Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve site issues.

Chair subcontractor meetings and liaise with the wider project team.

Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.

Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging through to completion.

Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve key project milestones.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Package Manager, Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering external packages on large construction projects.

Previous experience working on high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.

Strong knowledge of façade systems, cladding and external envelope installations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
