Albion Search are currently working with a market leading main contractor who are looking to appoint a Facade Manager for a flagship project in Leeds.
The project is a high rise multi-room scheme with nearly 4 years duration, however they have a strong pipeline of work in Leeds to follow on from completion of this scheme.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing externals/facade packages for either a main contractor or a specialise facade contractor.
Roles & Responsibilities- Management and oversight of facade
- RAMS
- Ensuring the programme of works is delivered on time
- Working alongside Site Management
- H&S
- Assisting with inductions
- Managing trades and sub-contractors.
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience.
