Quantity Surveyor Sheffield £50,000 - £55,000 plus package Permanent | Full-Time Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise working on highways / civil projects? TS Recruitment is working with an established highways and civils contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage several highways schemes. Why Join Us? Role Responsibilities:

Commercially run your own projects with typical project values from £20k to £500k Review enquiries and cost work Review and submit tenders Visit site (1-2 days per week) to scope work and also carry out valuations Complete monthly valuations and submit to clients Prepare final accounts for submission Subcontractor payment approval Procurement of materials and labour costs Support and liaise with the Managing Director

About the Company:

What We're Looking For:

5 years plus experience as a QS ideally for a highways / civils contractor Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) A diverse experience including estimating and Quantity Surveyor duties Forward thinking and dynamic
