Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings Work could include planned and reactive maintenance such as re roofs, toilet repairs, window replacements, floor levelling, kitchens and more Attend site visits Lead projects form precontracts to completion Oversee quality control and health and safety Commercially aware to ensure projects are completed within budget Manage contractors and direct staff Manage the client relationship and maximise opportunities Complete progress reports Reporting into the head of facilities management Company Details Regional facilities management contractor Work on commercial projects such as pubs and restaurants Long established stable business Knowledge/

Experience:
