Ceto Talent is supporting a leading infrastructure consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering major projects across rail, highways, utilities, energy, defence and aviation.

Experience Required
* Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management within infrastructure, construction or the built environment.
* Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, change control, risk management and commercial reporting.
* Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
* Experience supporting procurement and commercial governance activities.
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
* Membership of, or working towards membership of, RICS, CICES or a similar professional body would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
* Manage cost, change, risk and contractual performance across a varied project portfolio.
* Build strong client relationships through proactive commercial support and advice.
* Support procurement, forecasting, reporting and contract administration activities.
* Contribute to commercial governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coach and develop colleagues within the commercial team.
* Work with senior leaders to strengthen client relationships and identify future opportunities.
