Our Mobility team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent basis within our Ports Sector. This opportunity will be based on site 2-3 days per week in Immingham. You’ll be responsible for:

Champion safety first, ensuring safe, compliant delivery.

Apply strong knowledge of H&S regulations.

Promote an inclusive, wellbeing-focused culture.

Manage delivery aligned to strategic objectives.

Manage contracts, costs and client reporting.

Ensure ethical, compliant and sustainable operations.

Drive net zero and carbon reduction initiatives.

Manage teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.

You’ll need to have:

Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent). Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  Experience in business development.

Developed commercial and financial acumen.  Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction. Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.  Developing experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.  Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
