Westin Par is seeking a Senior Estimator in Kent to lead tenders and manage full estimating processes for refurbishment, heritage and B& projects. The role focuses on cost plans, BOQs, take-offs and tender documentation to reflect buildability and client needs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with main contracting in fast-paced environments, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to work with clients and consultants to deliver competitive submissions.
