Remuneration: £52,000 - £57,500 + bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Resin Flooring will involve:

* Project Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors.

* Manage the delivery of multiple resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK.

* Coordinate site teams, labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to keep projects on programme.

* Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, health & safety and client requirements are met.

* Monitor project progress, costs and performance, resolving issues and managing variations where required.

* Liaise with clients, principal contractors and internal teams from mobilisation through to project completion.

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Resin Flooring with:

* Must have experience in a project manager or site manager role

* Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

* Confident and articulate
