A well-established and progressive Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their Leeds team.
The Assistant Quantity SurveyorJoining a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work across a range of retail projects for several high-profile clients.
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, gaining experience across both pre and post-contract stages. Your responsibilities will include assisting with cost plans, budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts, while working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors to further develop your knowledge.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to broaden their experience and progress within an established consultancy.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Ideally working towards MRICS / APC
- Previous experience within a PQS Consultancy
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- £30,000 - £40,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
