Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works across sites in the Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civils, highways or street works and be confident managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Requirements:

Previous Site Manager experience within civils, highways or street works

SMSTS - essential

Black CSCS - ideally held

EUSR 1 & 2 - advantageous

Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures

Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations

Coordinate labour, plant and materials

Ensure works are completed safely and to programme

Maintain high standards of health & safety

Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and site personnel

Monitor progress and ensure works meet required standards
