Are you currently working in the Social Housing Refurbishment/Retrofit industry?

Up to £55k salary and an annual bonus of up to 10% your salary.

• Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
• Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
• Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.
• Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
