Project Manager, Site Manager, Civil Engineering

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the earthworks and drainage packages on a highways scheme in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the delivery of earthworks and drainage packages on a highways scheme.

* Planning and coordinating site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

* Managing subcontractors, site teams and resources.

* Monitoring project progress against programme and identifying potential delays or issues.

* Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

* Maintaining accurate project records, reporting progress and managing project documentation.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and relevant industry standards.

* Liaising with the client, engineers and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager on highways or civil engineering schemes.

* Strong experience managing earthworks and drainage packages.

* Excellent knowledge of construction planning, programme management and site delivery.

* Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and project resources.

* Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.

* Relevant civil engineering qualifications and health and safety certifications.
