Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a site-based Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a high-profile student accommodation project in Leeds. You will support pre- and post-construction stages, ensuring value for money and client satisfaction across a 175m block of 650+ apartments.
You will work with the commercial team to manage costs, prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and final accounts while driving cost control and best practices on site.
