55,000 - 70,000 + Hybrid Working + Training & Development + Progression Opportunities + Full Project Ownership Leeds Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for full ownership of projects, clear progression and the chance to develop your skill set within a well-established consultancy?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary construction consultancy with long-standing, repeat clients across the retail sector. You will take responsibility for your own projects end to end, working closely with clients and internal teams in a modern office environment, with a hybrid setup and regular site visits.

On offer is a role where you can genuinely grow long term, with support to upskill through training and development, and progression routes with no fixed ceiling for the right person. The business has strong demand and is continuing to grow, creating a long-term opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to step into a key  this role you will deliver commercial support across new build and fit out projects, including cost and contract administration, tenders, quotes and feasibility through to completion, primarily under JCT forms of contract.

You will also act in a client-side consultancy capacity, attending meetings and representing the business on projects across the UK.This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with strong JCT experience and a background in new build and fit out, looking for more responsibility, long-term development and a clear path to progress.

The Role:

Managing your own projects end to end across retail new build and fit out work

Cost and contract administration, tenders, quotes and feasibility through to completion

Client-facing position within a consultancy environment

Hybrid working from a West Leeds office with UK-wide site visits

The Person :

Quantity Surveying background with strong JCT contract experience

Experience delivering new build and or fit out projects

Comfortable in a client-facing consultancy role and happy to travel for site meetings
