AJ Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Leeds to join a landmark £3.5Bn hyperscale data centre development on the developer side. You will be responsible for commercial management, cost reporting, valuations, change control and forecasting, ensuring open-book transparency and accuracy.
Candidates should have contractor-side experience on major projects and be able to work within commutable distance to Leeds. Data centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
