About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn inspiration (from trends, organic posts and other ads) into high-performing ads, write hooks and scripts, brief creators, and help us produce a lot of ads every single month. You’ll also help expand and level-up Synthesia’s small but fast-growing creator community — finding new creators, and enabling them to produce winning ads  you can spot a winning angle just by scrolling your feed — and turn that instinct into a clear, actionable brief — this one’s for you.

This role sits at the heart of our performance creative engine.

As a Creative Strategist
, you’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy Lead, performance marketing team, motion designers, and our early but fast-growing network of content creators. Your mission is simple:
Create winning ads.

You’ll be the one researching trends, hunting for and developing scroll-stopping ad concepts, and turning those insights into weekly creative briefs that creators and our internal team can execute on immediately.

What you’ll do:
  • produce weekly creative directions for our internal “ad production engine”: performance-driven creative angles for different audiences & use cases
  • produce weekly creative briefs for creators (multiple hooks for each concept, script outlines, visual hook examples)
  • manage the entire flow of creator-generated ads — reviewing submissions, giving feedback, and making sure we ship a lot of ads every month
  • find new creators, evaluate their potential, and help grow and strengthen Synthesia’s small but fast-growing creator community

This role is fast-paced, high-ownership, and extremely creative. Nobody will tell you what you can or can’t try. If you have a crazy idea… you just go for it.

You have:
  • You know how to scroll social with purpose: identifying hooks, angles and patterns that could work as a B2B ad
  • You have strong direct-response instincts: hooks, angles, problem–solution, CTA psychology
  • You understand social media trends (Tik Tok, Meta, Shorts)
  • You’re organized and can manage multiple creators, scripts, and deliverables
  • You know how to write a structured brief for an ad
  • You know how to give clear, actionable feedback to an ad you don’t like
  • You’re a self-starter who brings good energy, ownership and accountability: you get an idea, prototype it, and push it forward without waiting for permission
  • You have a couple of years of experience working in performance marketing / paid social space
  • You’re excited about scaling an early-stage creator community — finding new creators, improving quality, and establishing stronger collaboration processes
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
  • Experience being in front of the camera (UGC, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.)
  • Experience filming and editing your own content
  • Experience in using / prompting creative AI tools — Veo, Kling, Nano Banana…
  • You have used tools to automate part of your job in the past
  • Good sense of humour

These aren’t required, but they will make your job of making ads and briefing creators much easier.
