Freelance Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer with strong video editing and social media expertise who can hit the ground running from day one.

This is a fast-paced role requiring someone confident in delivering high-quality creative output with minimal onboarding, supporting ongoing campaigns and content initiatives immediately.

• Lead the creation and execution of engaging visual content across digital and social media platforms.
• Edit high-quality video content optimised for various social channels (e.g. Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube).
• Design compelling social-first creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and production teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Adapt and repurpose content quickly for multiple formats and platforms.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone and messaging across all outputs.

• Proven experience in a Senior Designer role with a strong focus on video editing and social media content.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, formats and best practices.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Highly proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership of projects immediately.
