This role requires a creative flair, along with competency in Photoshop. You must have an eye for fashion as well accuracy and working to tight deadlines. You will be working closely with the photographers and the content team in order to ensure the department updates and maintains their content to create a compelling user experience.
What you will do- Occasional requirement to produce high quality retouch for creative imagery
- Work closely with the Senior Retoucher and Retouch Team Leader to manage workflow out to agencies and freelancers
- Support Senior Retoucher on daily QC
- Responsible for editing all ecommerce model imagery to a fast pace
- Producing mannequin cut outs and ecommerce model images to a perfected standard ready to go online
- To achieve daily set targets at an excellent quality
- Able to follow seasonal updates and creative direction while being aware of photography style guides
- Ensuring excellence in quality, quantity, and consistency
- Responsible for keeping the model log up to date on image statuses.
- To have a full understanding of marketplace requirements, ensuring all image needs for each marketplace are met and handed over.
- Process imagery to and from external retouch agencies, organising the files and logs, and communicating this to the retouch team
- Receive and organise external brand imagery through to making live on the site.
- 1 year experience in a similar role desired
- Competent in Photoshop and using a Wacom
- A qualification in a creative subject would be beneficial but not essential
- Basic knowledge of photography, lighting and capture one beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work on both Mac and Windows
- Ability to quickly source product images from existing libraries
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Ability to work in a team and contribute. Hard working and friendly
- Basic IT skills required
- Highly motivated and a desire to be the best
- Proven ability to work well within a team and to use own initiative
- Proven record of good attendance and flexibility
- An energy and enthusiasm to succeed
