Position: Senior Graphic Designer and Studio Coordinator at Xsem marketing & event solutions

Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Graphic Designer and Studio Coordinator to join an award-winning creative experiences agency that thrives on making people happy. Working across a wide range of creative projects, you will be responsible for producing outstanding design work while helping to ensure the design studio operates efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and projects move smoothly through the creative process.

Combining high‑level design execution with day‑to‑day studio coordination, you will play a key role in delivering creative solutions from concept through to final production.

Responsibilities
  • Create high‑quality visual design across print, digital, branding, social, packaging, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet client or business objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency and design standards.
  • Challenge the brief.
  • Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Review and refine creative work before delivery.
  • Manage the design team's workflow and capacity.
  • Assign and schedule design work based on priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain project visibility and task tracking in
  • Coordinate with project managers, account managers, and other departments.
  • Monitor deadlines and flag resource constraints or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure design files, assets, and processes are organised and maintained.
  • Support continuous improvement of studio processes and systems.
About You
  • Hardworking, honest and oozing with initiative.
  • Produces and maintains high creative standards across the studio.
  • Keeps the design team organised and productive.
  • Helps ensure work is allocated fairly and efficiently.
  • Helps projects flow through the studio without delays.
  • Improves team processes and utilisation.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
    InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Experience with project management software e.g.
