Junior Graphic Designer
30‑33k plus benefits. Hybrid role: 2 days a week with the creative, digital and marketing team in the Leeds office.
Responsibilities- Work within the internal creative and digital agency team to implement digital communications.
- Create engaging digital, social, print and presentation assets for 14 business brand areas across Europe.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video/animation specialists and a multi‑channel digital marketing team.
- Interpret briefs, ask strategic questions, scope solutions, and present creative rationale.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and AI‑enabled design tools.
- Strong passion for design, branding and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced agency culture and exhibit strong ethical standards.
