Job description:
We are hiring an Apprentice Creative to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing production, with hands‑on experience across videography, photography, and editing. You will work on a wide range of projects, helping to deliver polished, creative work that captures attention and drives results.
- Film and photograph high‑end property, lifestyle, and luxury shoots.
- Carry out studio and on‑site filming, including working directly with clients.
- Operate drones for aerial content.
- Edit and produce video content for social media, websites, and paid ads.
- Collaborate with our content and strategy team to bring campaigns to life.
- A strong portfolio of relevant creative work (video, photography, editing).
- Understanding of creative marketing strategy, not just execution.
- Confidence working independently to deliver on briefs.
- Strong technical skills in shooting, editing, and post‑production.
- Reliable, proactive, and organised approach to work.
- Tech‑oriented with a genuine passion for digital creativity.
