Overview

Italian Customer Client Support Specialist in Greece with fully paid relocation. This role focuses on assisting Italian-speaking clients and delivering excellent customer experiences in a vibrant Greece location.

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Assist clients in navigating services and products, ensuring an outstanding user experience
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to management for resolution
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
