We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Retention Team Lead to join our team in Bingley, West Yorkshire (office located right next to the train station 🚆).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to turn customer service into a true retention engine within an eCommerce, subscription-based business.
You’ll lead the retention function, develop the team, and drive strategies that reduce churn, improve save rates, and maximise customer lifetime value.
What we’re looking for:- Experience managing customer service teams (remote team management experience required)
- Strong background in eCommerce
- Direct experience with subscription-based businesses
- Strong hands‑on experience with Zendesk (Preferred)
- Proven track record improving retention and reducing churn
- Data‑driven, KPI‑focused, and process‑oriented
