Customer Service Specialist
- Main responsibilities:
Manage ticket process to support on time delivery of customer orders. Liaise with stakeholders and communicate all relevant activities related to managed accounts; escalate as required. To ensure that strategic orders & travel packs are processed, and orders acknowledged quickly. To monitor strategic order progress & communicate to stakeholders. To provide reports on strategic order progress. Actively look for ways in which service to strategic accounts can be improved.
Customer Service Specialist Candidate Requirements:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Empathetic / customer focused personality. Interpersonal skills / teamwork & collaboration. Effective time management / prioritisation of tasks. Attention to detail. Process driven. Able to balance customer requirements and needs of the business. Willingness to learn new skills & to adapt to constant change. Microsoft Word & Excel. Hours:
