Maximus is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for a hybrid role based between home and Sheffield. The successful candidate will manage the customer experience for all visitors and staff attending the assessment center, ensuring a high level of service.

The role requires strong communication skills, planning abilities, and experience in a customer-facing environment. The position offers a fixed-term contract until April 2027 with a salary of £26,227.50.
