Are you passionate about helping others and building strong relationships? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join or clients’ team in LS13. As a vital member of a customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring your customers have a positive and satisfying experience.
What You'll Do- Customer service via phone, email and chat
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
- Investigate and resolve Customer complaints promptly
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- A positive and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to progress and learn new skills
- Strong communication skills
- Working well as part of a team whilst using your own initiative
- Proficient at using a CRM system
- Enjoys working in a call centre environment
