Customer Service Advisor (6-Month Contract)
Location:
Brighton (Hybrid after training)
Start Date:
7th April
Salary: £26,227 per annum pro rata
Monday - Friday 9am
-5.30pm
- 2-week office-based training, then hybrid working
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Give clear information on products and update customer records
- Provide great service and resolve queries efficiently
- Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Supportive team and strong training
- Flexible hybrid working after training (up to 3 days from home option)
- Chance for the role to become permanent
