Pay Range £13.45 per hour.
Job SummaryTest Centre Associate – Leeds responsible for invigilation of exams and efficient delivery of tests to candidates, ensuring procedures and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Check candidates’ and book them into the system.
- Ensure the integrity and security of tests.
- Supervise and invigilate tests.
- Explain the test process to candidates and answer queries.
- Review tests and test centre schedules.
- Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the test centre meets candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our diversity and inclusion approach.
- Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing.
- Mornings – 8:30am to 1pm / 2pm
- Afternoons – 12:30pm / 1pm to 5:30pm / 6:30pm
- Full day – 8:30am to 5:30pm / 6:30pm
- Evenings – 4:30pm / 5pm to 8:30pm / 9:30pm
- Afternoon & Evenings – 12pm / 1pm to 8:30pm / 9:30pm
- Shifts available Monday to Saturday; flexible across all operating days, evenings and weekends between 8:30am and 9:30pm.

Qualifications- A full UK driving licence (driving is not required for all locations).
- Significant demonstrable experience in providing high‑quality customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multitask across competing activities.
- Experience working with diverse customer groups.
- Excellent judgement and decision‑making skills.
- Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.
- Ability to remain calm and deal with confrontational candidates in a professional manner.
