The Opportunity- As a Customer Service Manager you will play a key role in:
- Building and leading a motivated team of Customer Service & Sales Executives
- Creating a positive, high‑performance culture with clear goals and coaching support
- Optimising workflows within Zendesk to enhance both service and sales processes
- Overseeing quoting activity and driving improvement in conversion rates
- Handling escalations and managing complex customer cases with professionalism
- Your work will directly contribute to the growth of the business through improved customer satisfaction and increased revenue from warm leads.
- We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Experience in leading customer service or sales support teams
- Confidence in supporting sales conversations and quote‑based selling
- Strong knowledge of CRM or ticketing platforms such as Zendesk
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach
- A passion for building positive customer experiences and driving commercial outcomes
- Desirable:
Background in a product‑based or interiors business
