Yorkshire Water is seeking a Customer Liaison Assistant to support customer relations and communications within their Capital Programme initiatives. The role, which requires excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience, will initially be based in Bradford with a future move to Leeds Valley Park in 2026.
The successful candidate will develop tailored communications, manage customer inquiries, and ensure excellence in customer service. A hybrid working arrangement allows for typically three days in the office per week.
