The manager will act as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring all expectations are exceeded while providing a high-level concierge service.
Key responsibilities include maximising revenue opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Applicants should have proven experience in customer-facing roles and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
