Position: 3PL Client Account Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced 3PL Client Account Manager to support the ongoing delivery of client service, account management, and logistics operations within a fast-paced fulfilment environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused logistics professional with previous 3PL experience who understands the importance of accurate order management, warehouse processes, client communication, and delivering exceptional service levels.

Working closely with Senior Account Managers, Client Services, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts teams, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational delivery for clients from order placement through to fulfilment and resolution of any queries. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing day-to-day client service activities within a 3PL fulfilment environment Supporting client accounts, including returns management, reporting, and operational updates Processing and managing customer orders through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Booking and distributing orders to major retailers and ensuring delivery requirements are met Liaising directly with clients to manage requests, resolve issues, and provide regular updates Monitoring order journeys and ensuring service levels and deadlines are achieved Resolving client queries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner Using courier portals to generate AWB labels accurately and efficiently Managing and prioritising incoming enquiries and requests Working collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure operational requirements are delivered Supporting continuous improvement of client processes and service standards Experience &

Skills:

Previous experience working within a 3PL, fulfilment, distribution, or logistics environment is essential Experience managing client accounts or customer relationships within a logistics operation Strong understanding of warehouse processes, order fulfilment, and delivery operations Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable Experience working with retailers, e-commerce brands, or high-volume order environments would be advantageous Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy A proactive approach with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service
