Luminate Education Group in Leeds is seeking two Customer Experience Assistants to join our busy contact centre and reception teams at Park Lane Campus and Printworks Campus. You will greet students and visitors and help them navigate from enquiry to enrolment.
We are a friendly, passionate team delivering an outstanding customer experience to a diverse community. You will handle face-to-face, telephone, email and web chat inquiries with enthusiasm, accuracy and a helpful, respectful manner.
