Leeds City Museum is seeking a Visitor Assistant to deliver a warm welcome and engage visitors with Leeds’ history and collections. You’ll support commercial activities and provide information about our exhibitions and events, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
The role involves working across site activities, including evenings and weekends when required, with a focus on safety, accessibility and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
