Build Concierge in Leeds (LS15) is seeking a Customer Learning Manager to own how customers and internal teams learn, adopt and get the best from our SaaS platform. This hands‑on role shapes onboarding programmes and delivers customer training while developing a scalable training academy.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, Product and Development to shorten time to value, boost adoption and empower administrators, operators and managers across the platform.
