Zenith Group in Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as the first point of contact for White Label customers (Dealers/Brokers). You will manage client accounts, oversee document packs, and ensure timely, accurate information through the quote-to-activation process.
You will handle up to 40 calls daily, maintain queues, and ensure a Right First Time approach while upholding data protection and regulatory requirements. A supportive team environment is highlighted.
