Busuu, part of the Chegg family, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to support English and one of French, German or Turkish-speaking users. You’ll handle email and live chat, hit SLAs, and upsell Premium where appropriate while maintaining customer satisfaction.
You should have 1+ years in customer service, excellent written communication, and a 35 wpm typing speed. Zendesk experience is a plus; a proactive, empathetic approach helps us delight customers.
