Funding Circle is hiring a Customer Operations Executive in London (Hybrid). You will support the Sales and Operations Channels, delivering customer value that drives satisfaction.
You will handle inbound enquiries by phone or email, gather information, and keep Salesforce up to date as loan applications progress from application to offer. You’ll build relationships with suppliers and internal teams while contributing to direct business reporting.
