You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and building strong relationships through every interaction. Day-to-Day of the role:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat in both French and English. Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Processing orders, returns and account updates accurately. Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met. Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best possible customer experience. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly.

What we're looking for:

Fluent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken. Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or customer support role. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
