Grange is seeking a Service Advisor at New Forest to be the heartbeat of our Service operation. You'll be the friendly face and the calm voice guiding guests through servicing, repairs, and everything in between.
No two days are the same – and that's just how we like it! You will liaise between guests and the workshop, explain faults, promote helpful services, keep precise records, and handle guest concerns with empathy.
