Call Handler

Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a call handler for a well-known International Charity based in Camberwell, London. This is a temp to perm opportunity. This role is in the office every day. This role is for an immediate start. You must be available immediately. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from existing and prospective donors, providing professional, friendly and efficient customer service.

Respond to enquiries relating to donations, fundraising initiatives and charity campaigns. Process donations accurately and assist supporters with any related queries. Update donor records and maintain accurate account information. Manage changes to donor accounts, including updating personal details and subscription information. Thank donors for their generosity and ensure they feel valued and appreciated. Provide clear and helpful information about the charity’s campaigns and fundraising activities.

Record all customer interactions accurately on the internal system. Identify and escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate team when required

Experience:

Previous customer service, call centre, or charity experience Excellent communication skills - warm, friendly, and able to engage with people over the phone IT skills - ability to use CRM systems to log calls and process donations
