Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator

Overview

As a result of growth in private revenue, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Treatment Co‑ordinator to join our friendly and experienced team in our brand new, stunning practice in Crossgates, join our thriving practice which boasts:

• Friendly and experienced team
• Private services including Implants and Orthodontics
• Easy to access, with parking and easy to access transport links – the train station is less than a 5 minute walk
• Support by the practice and area managers and train alongside other experienced Treatment Co‑ordinators in the area

We’re looking for the best candidates, whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed customer care and business skills in another industry.

As a sales & marketing treatment co‑ordinator, your role will include:

• Attracting and managing enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media and events
• Tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities
• Delivering the best patient journey and managing the end‑to‑end treatment
• Helping patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and converting sales in line with targets
• Working closely with our clinicians to help grow their private patient portfolio
