Genuine career progression
With your existing skills and experience, you’ll play a key role in the provision of quality dentistry in your community. Your focus on report accuracy, understanding of the latest techniques, and ambitions for growth will help you develop in your role and beyond.
Talented, purpose-driven people
We have experienced leaders who understand dentistry. We believe the reputation of the practice is only as good as the people who work here, and we aim to create an environment where people thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. There are opportunities to move into Lead, Management or Specialist roles.
Clinically led care
Following the merger of two great dentist groups in 2022, we are positioned to grow across the UK. The clinical freedom we have allows us to tailor solutions to each patient. If your ambition is to grow your skills and career, talk to us.
Community focus
We empower everyone to increase access to care locally. Practices have the freedom to do what is right for their local communities and promote oral health through local education. You’ll help patients understand their treatment options and lead by example.
