• Detached converted bungalow
• 6 surgery practice computerised using Dentally software
• Clinical Practice manager with 15 years+ experience
• Specialist services:
  Endo, implants
• Moortown, affluent area, shopping, parks, all a short drive away.
• Bus stop outside practice, Leeds train station 3.4 miles away
• On site and street parking

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures where you may see blood or surgical treatments
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A caring, compassionate approach towards patients and colleagues
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development

My experience working with Rodericks Dental Partners has been both rewarding and enriching. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and professional team, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I have enjoyed the patient interaction and the variety of treatment we assist with. Being able to support patients throughout their dental journey, especially those who may be anxious and nervous, and seeing their confidence grow after treatment is incredibly rewarding.

I’ve gained valuable clinical skills, built a lot of confidence, and developed stronger communication skills, especially when supporting nervous patients. Overall, I have felt supported by my approachable colleagues, and I’ve become more independent and resourceful in my role. One moment that stood out to me was helping a very anxious patient who hadn’t seen a dentist in years; by the end of the appointment, they were visibly more relaxed and thanked me personally for making the experience easier.
