Senior Architectural Technologist - Developer Client Side

This is not your average Architectural vacancy but an opportunity to work for the in house Architectural design team for one of UKs most successful developers based near Leeds. The business designs, develops and constructs large care facilities throughout the UK.

Due to significant growth this business has a requirement for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join this talented design team. You should be a high energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation. You will ideally have a minimum of 10 years post degree or HND experience working within an architectural practice or a construction business.

You will be involved with projects from the front end feasibility and design, construction information stages right through to completion on each scheme.

• Minimum of 10 years PQE
• Project Management of schemes from a design perspective
• Excellent technical knowledge of latest building technology, planning and building regs
• Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion
• Understanding / practical knowledge of Revit / BIM including modelling and BIM strategy
• Excellent construction knowledge with the ability to produce construction and detailed working drawings and packages quickly and efficiently
• Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of £6M would be beneficial
